furoki provides custom telegram bot development and management consulting services. all services are subject to a separate statement of work (SOW) agreed upon before work begins.
consulting fees are quoted in SGD. a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. enterprise retainer fees are billed monthly in advance.
we deliver working software deployed to production. source code ownership transfers to the client upon final payment. third-party infrastructure accounts (supabase, cloudflare) remain under client control.
each package includes a set number of revision rounds (2 for starter, 3 for growth, as agreed for enterprise). additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate specified in the SOW.
post-launch support is included for 30 days (growth) or as specified (enterprise). ongoing maintenance and feature development are available via monthly retainer.
custom code written for your project is yours upon final payment. we retain the right to reuse generic patterns, architectures, and templates in future projects. your specific business logic and data remain confidential.
furoki's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. we are not liable for third-party service outages (telegram, cloudflare, supabase, stripe).
either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. work completed up to termination date is billable. deposits are non-refundable after work has commenced.
these terms are governed by the laws of singapore. any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of singapore.
