Questions
Good to know
Do guests need to download anything?
No. Guests play on the paper cards you print. Only the screen at the front runs the game.
What do we need on the day?
A laptop connected to the venue screen or projector, your printed cards and some pens. A presentation clicker is a nice extra, since it can draw the balls too.
We draw from a real ball cage. Does that work?
Yes. Type each number into the game as it comes out of the cage, or tap it on the board. The screen shows the ball, marks the board and the winner check works as normal.
What if the venue wifi is bad?
Open your link before the program starts. Once it has loaded, the game runs on the laptop and keeps every called number even if the page is refreshed.
Can our emcee or a friend run it?
Yes. The game link works without signing in, so send it to whoever is hosting. Only you can change the design or unlock it.
Can we change things after paying?
Yes. Edit names, colours, photos, prizes and even your link at any time. Cards you have already printed keep working.
When do printed cards arrive?
We print from your design once you order, so finish your names and colours first. Cards are posted within Singapore, usually within a week. Order at least two weeks before your event to be safe.
I'm a planner or emcee. Can I resell this?
Yes. Buy a planner pack of 5 or 10 unlock codes, give one to each client, and charge what you like. Each client redeems the code on their own account and designs their own game, or you set it up for them.
Can I earn by recommending Furoki Bingo?
Yes. Sign in and copy your referral link from your dashboard. When someone signs up through it, you earn 10% of everything they pay in their first 12 months, paid to you by PayNow each month.
Can we use it for a company event?
Yes. When you create a game, pick "Company event" and add your company and event name. Choose your brand colours, add photos and list your lucky draw prizes.
How do I sign in?
Type your email and we send you a 6-digit code. No password and no app. You stay signed in on that device, and your designs are saved to your account so you can come back and change them any time.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once per event. Your game stays available afterwards so you can look back on it.
How do refunds work?
If it isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full.
